DTNRC Thunder Chicken Event Series
The Thunder Chicken Event Series is DTNRC's signature RC racing championship designed to bring racers, families, hobbyists, and newcomers together for a unique day of competitive, fun, and community-focused radio-controlled racing.
Built around fast-paced oval racing and a welcoming atmosphere, Thunder Chicken events combine serious competition with an easygoing environment where everyone - from first-time drivers to experienced racers - can enjoy the hobby on a brand new outdoor 60'x24' (sometimes 36') Oval and Road Course.
At DTNRC, we believe RC racing should be exciting, affordable, family-friendly, and accessible. Thunder Chicken was created to remove barriers, encourage participation, and provide racers with an event experience that feels bigger than a typical club race while remaining approachable for newcomers.
